Abstract
On 8th March 2020 first 3 cases are detected Covid 19 RT POCR positive in Bangladesh. Since then, Covid 19 cases started in increase and spreaded all of the division and gradually to most of the districts of the country. About 9 % of adult population of the country is diabetic. Ina tertiary care hospital of Endocrinology many suspected patients were admitted in that time. Many of them hides or can’t understand their sign or symptoms of Covid-19 disease. They were mostly admitted for management of other illnesses with diabetes.
