Abstract
This short note reports the values of energy level structure parameters of Racah (El, E2, E3). Slater Integral (F2, F4, F6). spin-orbit (ζ4f). Configurational interaction(α,β,γ) from the measured absorption spectrum of Ho3+:LiTaO3 crystal. The experimental absorption band energies have satisfactorily been correlated with the theoretical data with an r.m.s deviation of ±102 cm−1 on performing a least-square fit analysis.
