Abstract

Measurements were made for the ionization and dissociative ionization of N2O in collisions with 2–10 keV protons. Absolute cross sections were obtained employing the time of flight mass spectroscopy for the slow target molecular ions and ionic fragments. Cross sections for the formation of single and doubly charged fragments are reported.
