The absolute maximum-entropy principle is defined in the article. It is applicable in the empirical modeling of stochastic phenomena based upon adaptation of representative probability distribution to measurement data. Stochastic perturbation treatment of modeling resembles self-organized adaptation of neural networks to input signals.
