Abstract

SynopsisWe prove the absence of singular continuous spectra for Schrödinger operators − Δ + V with long-range potential V such that V and (1 + r)1+ε(∂/∂r) V is (− Δ)-compact by using a modified “Mourre type” estimate and by Kato-Lavine's H-smoothness theory.
