Abstract

SummaryThe prevalence and level of dye test antibodies was found to be comparable in sera from students with and without a positive heterophile test. Dye test antibodies were completely separable from heterophile antibodies present in the same sera by means of specific adsorption techniques and by exclusion chromatography on Sephadex G 200.
