Abstract
A valid method of studying the absence of anomalous dissipation of enstrophy for long-time averaged solutions of the forced and damped fluid equations in two dimensions was introduced in Constantin and Ramos (2007) [8]. Under the blueprint of their work, we will prove the absence of anomalous dissipation of enstrophy for the axisymmetric flow of the 3D damped and incompressible Navier-Stokes equations in this paper.
