Given the significance of the processes of evaluation and accreditation of higher education, and every time the bodies responsible in Mexico of its realization, are of a private nature, it's important to establish the legal mechanisms that regulate these processes for a more effective functioning of these and bodies to monitor your. The legal framework is without a doubt the reference point more important of any body, more so when we talk about these processes affecting so significantly in higher education.
