Abstract
The difficulty of car ABS system on the teaching analysis, design, automotive brake simulation control system based on virtual technology through Labview software and data acquisition card with the host PC, as well as control the drive circuit and the sensor circuitdesign, car braking process simulation, the composition of the ABS system, the structural and mechanical connection between the real show, but also by the ABS system failure code corresponding to the fault simulation settings for simulation training in diagnosis and exclude vehicle use and maintenance of the common failures of the ABS system. The results showed that: automotive brake hardware circuit design, simulation control system is reasonably practicable, the control strategy used by the software is correct and effective, stable and reliable system operation, automotive brake simulation system design teaching.
