Abstract
A 37-year-old man with a 5-month history of CIDP experienced transient left hearing loss.He had bilaterally prolonged I - V interpeak latencies of ABR but normal pure tone audiogram.Caloric response was weak in both ears, whereas OKP (Optokinetic Pattern Test) and ETT (Eye Tracking Test) were normal.These findings suggest that acoustic nerve conduction abnormalities caused by demyelination may occur in CIDP.
