Abstract

The results of experimental studies of the processing of the inner surfaces of curvilinear waveguides of rectangular cross section, obtained by an additive method, with the aim of reducing their roughness, are presented. For research, we used Russian installations, equipment and compositions of working media. We obtained a decrease in the roughness of the inner surface of the waveguide from 8÷10 to 0,2÷1,3 μm and uniform processing both along the length of the waveguide channel and in right angles of its cross section. Keywords: surface, abrasive flow, machining, roughness, waveguide, working medium, selective laser melting. iva@yandex.ru, mix@iss-reshetnev.ru
