Abstract
The article summarizes the practical results of many years of research concerning the development of innovative technologies of molded and unformed refractories based on the use of HCBS. In conditions of large-scale production, effective technologies have been mastered for the production of both quartz refractories (steel filling cups and pipes, casings of furnace rollers, etc.) and ceramic concrete products and masses in Al 2 O 3 ‒SiO 2 , Al 2 O 3 ‒SiO 2 ‒SiC, Al 2 O 3 ‒SiO 2 ‒SiC‒C systems. The total volume of production of all types of refractories manufactured in JSC Dinur using HCBS technologies is about 270 thousand tons, which is according to modern (for 2022) prices correspond to about 33 billion rubles of marketable products. The introduction of fundamentally new high-tech technologies allowed JSC DINUR to become the all-Russian leader in the production of a number of refractories, which in previous years were non-core for the company.
