Abstract

The different approaches to the analysis of corruption are regarded in the article, because of the complex character of the corruption, the main factors of which are not only criminal law violations but also transitional nature of the economy, mass consciousness stereotypes, and the attempts to manipulate in the interests of clans struggle. It is observed that the informal economy contribute to the stability of the corruptive mechanism. It is emphasized the necessity to take complex actions to the corruption not only with methods of enforcement units but also in the first place with prevention methods, such as economic and politic methods.
