Abstract
近年では建築資材・建材の改良により重篤なシックハウス症を発生する事例は非常に少なくなっている．しかしシックハウス物質が原因ではない室内での臭気苦情は後を絶たない．本報では今後需要が増えそれにつれて臭気トラブルの発生が懸念されるシニアマンション・ホテルの現状と調査事例，臭気発生の実情を述べる．
