Abstract

Development of informational – communicative technologies and radioelectronics of XXI century is related to transmission more and more incrementing data volumes at all, and is oriented on application not only microwave frequencies (SHF), but also subTHz and THz (EHF and HHF) ranges – from 0,1 to 10 THz. Arrangements of these bands are divided into 2 levels: up to 1 THz use the electronic devices, and above 1 THz – already photonic devices. Photonic engineering technologies development has more and more increasing value, both in telecommunications, and in the space systems of communication. In this report, optical properties of nano– and microparticles using in magnetophotonic nanostructures are investigated. They are capable to ensure optimally the functioning effectiveness at the creation of the new element baseline of home Russian radioelectronics that is especially important for the problem solution of import substitution. Making of the functional equipment of new generation, capable to work in subTHz and THz frequency bands, will entail the impetuous rapid development of XXI–st century information communications.
