Abstract
Distribution electrical networks of 0.4 kV are considered and the problem of calculating their parameters (wire resistances) using automated information and measuring systems of electricity metering is solved. The analysis of well-known works, methods and technologies in this area of research is carried out. Authors propose an approach (method) that makes it possible to simplify the computational procedures of calculating the network parameters, provided that within the interpersonal sections, the resistances of all phase wires are equal to each other, but differ from the resistance of the neutral wire. In this case, the effective values of voltages, active and reactive powers obtained by the devices of the energy consumption metering system are used. An example is given to demonstrate the reliability of the proposed calculation expressions. The research results are aimed at the development and improvement of automated electricity metering systems, as well as improving the reliability of distribution networks and power supply to subscribers.
