Abstract
Structural, x-ray diffraction, and electron diffraction analyses of titanium VT1-0 subjected to severe plastic deformation by the method of helical extrusion are performed. An attempt is made to find correlation between the noticeable anisotropy of the strength characteristics and the special features of formation of crystallographic texture in the process of titanium extrusion.
