Abstract

A flexible compressed-bent rod under the combined action of load and temperature is considered. A differential equation for the axis of a compressed-bent rod with an arbitrary support scheme is obtained. The influence of thermal influence on the parameters of the stress-strain state of the rod is studied. A particular example shows that the bending moment, taking into account the thermal effect, can increase significantly.
