Abstract

A 74-year-old woman presented atypical generalized abdominal pain for several months. She previously was cured of breast cancer a decade ago. Physical examination revealed an abdominal deformity of the right quadrant with hepatomegaly. She did not report any loss of weight or asthenia. Blood tests were normal, especially liver function. Tumors markers (carcinoembryonic antigen, alfa-fetoprotein, carbohydrate antigen 19-9 and 15-3) were strictly normal.
