Abstract

In the paper one of the taken into account criterion * is the parameter determining change of polymer matrix properties during time (ageing). At fulfillment of numerical experiments on definition of macrocharacteristics a change of matrix properties is evidently taken into the model, so composition properties alters during time corresponding to ageing of the matrix. In practice one of controlled criteria of polymer matrix is period of its exploitation, during which material properties locates in certain boundaries. Thus, it is necessary to take not only preselected values of macroparameters of the composition material, but to provide the maximum time during which these values will be in the boundaries. Since the direction of the matrix properties change at its ageing is usually known some initial boundaries values of matrix properties should be imposed in calculation to gain the maximum time on the khange of matrix properties. The change of matrix properties changes composition properties, but these changes will be different. An estimation of the difference in the work is fulfilled by direct simulation (structural approach). At calculation of a representative volume the matrix macrocharacteristics is used to gain macrocharacteristics of the sample. Altering a strength-deformation property of the matrix on a certain value E, the change of analogous composition property could bk estimated and its value will be different to E in common case, It means, that at attainment by matrix material during time the boundary values of strength-deformation parameters the composition alters its properties not till withdrawing the article from exploitation. The main result of the work is the comparison of change values of matrix and composition properties during time and on this base the estimation of guarantied exploitation deadline of the composition.
