Abstract

Objective To explore the application value of abortion and laparoscopic bilateral uterine artery occlusion for cesarean scar pregnancy.Methods 24 patients with cesarean scar pregnancy admitted into our hospital from March to August 2013 and having menopause 42-76 days were all treated with abortion and laparoscopic bilateral uterine artery occlusion.Results All 24 cases had successful surgery without complications; and their ostoperative serum HCG returned to normal level 10-25 days after the operation.Conclusions Abortion and laparoscopic bilateral uterine artery occlusion for cesarean scar pregnancy can remove the lesions one time,is minimally invasive,and has few complications.Therefore,it is worth being clinically generalized.
