Abstract
Subpopulations of T cells were quantitated in the blood and thymus of patients with myasthenia gravis. As compared to healthy donors, an increase in T lymphocytes bearing receptors for IgG (T G) was found in the blood of 10 of 28 patients. T G and T M (T cells bearing receptors for IgM) cells were found in thymuses without thymoma.
