Abstract

![Graphic][1]</img> As Spring in the UK sets in and the days start to lengthen, the ABN is preparing for its annual meeting in May, which this year is joint with the Irish Neurological Association and is being held in Belfast. In this era of evidence-based medicine, while treating the rarer diseases we deal with in neurology, sometimes feel we left out from clear cut answers on the best treatments for our patients and knowing what good practice looks like. Professor Chris Kipps, chair of the Quality Committee, summarises the different forms of guidelines supported by the ABN.
