A 16-year-old female patient failed multiple antiarrhythmic drugs for ventricular tachycardia (VT). The arrhythmia showed an LBBB pattern, a negative QRS complex in lead I, with R/S ratio of 1.1 in V1. The intrinsic deflection in V1 measured 110 ms, yielding a ratio of 0.69 to the QRS width. …
