Abstract

Metal Organic Frameworks (MOF) are novel careers in Drug Delivery Systems (DDS) that they are prevised to have a good ability for selective transfer to cancerous mass. MOFs are nano porous materials that have important role in DDS. These materials have high porosity level to keep of drugs in the optimum possible way because of van der Waals interactions between drugs & MOF. In this report we have studied the interaction of A520 as a MOF in the presence of Doxorubicin (DOX) with Hemoglobin (Hb) via various physical methods such as UV/Vis & fluorescence spectroscopy, circular dichroism spectropolarimetry, powder X-Ray diffraction (PXRD), BET method & electron microscopy.
