Abstract
2010年敬老の日に，参加募集した1,007例を対象にABI，baPWVによるPADの一斉集団検診を実施した。アンケート調査よりPADハイリスク群613例を抽出し，PAD有病率，ABI，baPWVと動脈硬化危険因子との関連を検討した。9例(1.5%)にPAD(ABI≤0.9)を認めた。また，動脈硬化進行例では動脈硬化危険因子を有する例が多かった。
