Abstract
Question: A 33-year-old woman with no known past medical history presented to the hospital with a 1-week history of fever, dry cough, and abdominal discomfort. She also reported feeling bloating and noticed increased abdominal girth. Patient was seen in urgent clinic a week before presentation and was prescribed antibiotics for what was thought to be a pneumonia. She has no history of recent sick contacts, alcohol use, liver or ovarian disease, and no recent travel since immigrating to the United States from India in 2016.
