Abstract

Pulmonary vein (PV) isolation with the additional linear ablation of left atrium (LA), including LA roof, have been shown to be the effective ablation strategy in patients with atrial fibrillation (AF). Because the pouch in the cavotricuspid isthmus may influence the successful ablation of typical atrial flutter, therefore, we investigate whether the LA roof had specific feature which may affect the ablation.
