Abstract

Micropenis is an unusually small penis and the common criterion is a dorsal (measured on top) erect penile length of at least 2.5 standard deviations or penis smaller than the mean human penis size and it is occurred in about 0.6% of males. The most common conditions of reduced prenatal androgen production or effect, such as abnormal testicular development (testicular dysgenesis). Testosterone treatment is resumed in adolescence only for boys with hypogonadism. Penile growth is completed at the end of puberty. Testosterone supplement treatment (TST) is resumed in adolescence only for boys with hypogonadism, however, TST no responder, need to surgical treatment. In this presentation, we introduce a novel technique of suspensory ligament incision plus suture fix using 00 Nylon each of proximal tunica albuginea to dermis sub-dermis and insert acellular allogeneic dermis (4×4 cm) under subskin for penile penis length and girth enhancement for treating micro penis.
