Abstract

The article examines aspects of religious extremism and terrorism in the Republic of Kazakhstan, and how to deal with them. Kazakhstani and international legal and regulatory framework in the field of combating crime and religious extremist and terrorist analysis of the direction of legal, social, religious extremism and ethnopsychological phenomenon, as well as the description of meaning, opened up its main symptoms, processed with the help of examples. The study of the phenomenon develops based on the study of fundamental factors on the spread of religious extremist forces, means, methods, operations of inherent internal affairs bodies and the general system of differentiated preventive services measures. Also article is devoted to the analysis of the current state of threats of terrorism and religious extremism in Kazakhstan. Factors influencing the growth of these calls in the republic are singled out. Discussions are given on the strength and preventive approaches to counteracting religious extremism and terrorism, as well as the preference for the preventive nature of work in this direction. On the basis of the research, a number of conclusions and proposals have been put forward. Islam includes all branches of socio-political and spiritual life. One of them was the issue of religious faith and religious tolerance. Islamic civilization in the context of the idea, accepting them, would learn to use the path of socio-economic development of the country, then some issues would find a solution in our society.
