Abstract
The laparoscopic Magnetic Sphincter Augmentation System (MSA) is a surgical technique with mid-term evidence demonstrating efficacy in the treatment of medically refractory or chronic gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). We present the first series of cases with severe GERD post Sleeve, that underwent this surgery. To verify the efficacy of the MSA for the treatment of pathological GERD in patients with previous sleeve gastrectomy, with no weight regain.
