Abstract
In this paper, influence of temperature and strain hardening on viscosity and dynamic aging in inelastic deformation behavior of A5056 aluminum alloy under tensile loading, are investigated experimentally, and are analyzed theoretically based on the overstress theory and the Two-Factors constitutive concept. It is found that viscosity increases with an increase of temperature and dynamic aging is lager than viscosity below room temperature. The obtained constitutive equations are confirmed to give systematic predictions of a rate and temperature dependent stress-strain relations.
