Abstract
The health influence of carcinogens, such as benzene and polycyclic Aromatics Hydrocarbons contained in automobile exhaust gas is regarded as one of the important environmental problem. For the exact evaluation of the health risk by the automobile exhaust gas, it is necessary to grasp the state of pollutant dispersion near a road, and to evaluate the risk separately from general environment. In this paper, the visualization and image processing were applied to a water tank model experiment which approximates a space near a road to tow-dimensional, and the situation of pollutant dispersion was investigated.
