Abstract
Inclusive leadership fosters diversity and equally considers all individuals regardless of cultural background, age, sexual orientation, gender, disability, and race. An inclusive leader focuses on individuals at risk of exclusion by considering their needs, strengths, and goals and by empowering them to succeed. The objective of this Workshop is to provide a venue for inclusive leadership skill building and mentorship among child and adolescent psychiatrists. Participants will be provided with education and guidance regarding effective skills in inclusive leadership through brief didactics and small-group discussions facilitated by experienced leaders within the field.
