Abstract
We study the weighted composition semigroup $$T_t(f)(z)=\varphi_t'(z)f(\varphi_t(z))$$ on the space BMOA. We identify the maximal subspace of strong continuity and we find conditions under which this maximal subspace coincides with VMOA.
