Abstract
Abstract The use of web-based platform for data storage and data analysis in the context quality for elderly care is improving. This work reports the usability evaluation of Ankira® Platform based in a comprehensive methodology of testing in real contexts. The participants were recruited from elderly care institutions and completed different pre-established tasks. Observation, Critical Incident Records and Scales were used to collect data. The results shown a high level of usability for the platform and indicators of reliability of the methodology are discussed.
