Abstract
A Web Based Industrial Control Laboratory was developed as a part of university campus real heat distribution control system. The industrial control system designed and implemented for group of heating substation supplying the 18 university buildings have established the foundation of a virtual research and teaching laboratory. The implemented solution have integrated a wide range of state-of-the-art technologies and standards representing modern industrial IT control systems. The virtual laboratory is used throughout the course homework assignments, in which students are required to solve both control system design problems and teleoperation modelling problems.
