Abstract
2次元の山岳効力の線形公式への弱非線形補正を考察する。無次元化された山の高さは小さく、ε のオーダーと仮定した。最初の近似では山岳効力は ε2 に比例し、線形公式で与えられる。山の形が殆ど対称な場合には、次の近似で山岳効力への補正は ε4 に比例する。一つの対称な山の形に対して、この0 (ε4) の補正項を計算した。この項は正と成り、従って少なくとも0 (ε4) 迄では、非線形性は山岳効力を増加させる。
