Abstract

通过引入亲水性羧基,设计合成了一种水溶性罗丹明基荧光探针 T1 ,其结构通过氢谱、碳谱、高分辨质谱等方法进行了表征.探针 T1 通过显著的荧光增强来识别Fe 3+ ,并且有良好的选择性和抗干扰能力.该探针水溶性良好,可以在DMF/Tris-HCl( V:V =1:9,pH=7.4)的体系中使用.细胞成像实验显示该探针具有良好的细胞膜渗透能力,有可能用于生物细胞内Fe 3+ 的检测.
