Abstract

In order to adapt to the combat situation and adjust the aviation network in wartime to ensure military operations, this paper presents a strategy of wartime aviation network planning based on binary particle swarm optimization (BPSO). This strategy can simplify the civil aviation network scientifically and provide more aviation resources for military aviation. Meanwhile, it uses network throughput, network robustness and other measurement indicators to civilians. The network performance is evaluated and the civil aviation benefits are taken into account. The simulation results show that the strategy can reflect the battlefield environment, combine the combat intention, streamline the civil aviation network in wartime, rationally allocate the wartime aviation resources, and ensure military operations.
