Abstract
To deal with the uncertain network public sentiment emergency of which attribute represented by intuitionistic fuzzy language term, we present a new information entropy measure for intuitionistic fuzzy value. By using the entropy measure, the weight of each sentiment attribute of emergency can be determined. Then by means of the information fusion technique of intuitionistic fuzzy sentiment attribute values, we can rank all the severity of network emergencies and select the most serious network sentiment emergency. Finally, an example is given to illustrate the application of the proposed intuitionistic fuzzy information entropy and aggregation operator to the urgent decision-making of the uncertain network public sentiment emergency
