Abstract
This work aims to demonstrate the importance of the principle of vulnerability for the consumer and evidences its participation as a guide for the objective of demonstrating consumer rights. which is seen through a historical journey from the beginning of society to the industrial revolution and the development of commerce. Part of the provision of vulnerable consumption that the consumer is considered the principle of vulnerability to maintain balanced consumption in the relationship with the supplier who is the holder of knowledge and power to control his product or service.
