Abstract

 
 
 
 A Legfőbb Ügyészség által közzétett statisztikák azt mutatják, hogy a regisztrált emberi méltóság és az egyes alapvető jogok elleni bűncselekmények között a Btk. 222. § szerinti zaklatás miatt indult büntetőeljárások az utóbbi években jelentős többséget (az elmúlt öt évben átlagosan 70%-ot) tesznek ki. A zaklatás büntetőjogi tényállása 2008-ban jelent meg a magyar büntetőjogi szabályozásban, és igen nagyszámú, előre nem látott dogmatikai és jogalkalmazási kérdést hozott magával.
