Abstract
For Hilbert-space valued functions u, subdifferentials $\partial \varphi $ and certain scalar kernels a, an estimate on $\int_0^t {\langle {\dot u,{d / ds}\,a * \partial \varphi (u)} \rangle } $ is derived and then applied to certain integrodifferential equations.
