Abstract
AbstractThe automation of routinely produced radiotracers is an important process for any PET center. Automation allows frequent, highly reproducible syntheses with large amounts of radioactivity while minimizing exposure to the radiochemist in comparison with manual radiotracer synthesis. We found the Gilson SK233 Work Station, coupled with Gilson's 735 Sampler Software and a Gilson SPE (solid phase extraction) module, to be a versatile, user‐friendly, and cost‐effective solution to our need for automation in the development and routine synthesis of radiotracers.
