Abstract
In this paper we present a variational model for a charged spinning fluid in interaction with the gravitational field. This model is a natural extension of a previous one dealing with neutral spinning fluids already studied by the authors, in which each infinitesimal volume element is considered as being a replica of a micro-rigid body endowed with rotational inertia.
