Abstract

A microwave resonator is described for performing electron spin-echo (ESE) and electron spin-echo electron nuclear double resonance (ESE–ENDOR) measurements on single crystals. The ENDOR coil arrangement allows the crystal to be rotated about two independent axes. The system operates in a temperature range from 4 to 300 K using a helium flow cryostat.
