Abstract
Based on topological expansion, unitarity and Regge behaviour a microscopic theory of soft hadronic collisions is formulated. It gives an overall understanding of the main features of hadronic interactions and provides a unified description of hadron-hadron, hadron-nucleus and nucleus-nucleus collisions. A good agreement with all available data is obtained including the recent data from Oxygenheavy nucleus collision experiments at CERN.
