Abstract
This paper is concerned with a game variant of an asset selling problem, that is, prices of players' assets take several values according to the number of persons who want to sell them. We formulate the above situation as a stopping problem of a two-person noncooperative game and prove the existence theorem of an equilibrium point under the independence assumption of players' information.
