Abstract
A TV camera digitizing system associated with a 5 GHz photocell-oscilloscope apparatus allows the numerisation of single shot oscillograms; with an oscilloscope sweep rate of 0.1 ns/cm an accuracy on time measurements of 4 ps is obtained.
